The city currently anticipates vacancies on the following boards & commission:
  • Airport Commission (1 position)
  • Art and Historic Preservation Commission (2 positions)
  • Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (2 positions)
  • Council on Aging (3 positions)
  • Golf Commission (2 positions)

CITY COUNCIL APPOINTMENT

Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling is pleased to announce that Rick Hogaboam (whose last day on Nampa City Council was Jan. 6) has been named as the new Chief of Staff for the City of Nampa. Hogaboam is expected to begin his new position Mon., January 13, 2020. Read full press release here.

UPDATE: The deadline has past for interested Nampa residents who live within city limits to submit their application for consideration to serve on the Nampa City Council. Committees have been formed and will final candidates will be interviewed in January 2020. An appointment is anticipated to be recommended to Nampa City Council for approval at the February 3, 2020 regular meeting. The remaining term on the soon-to-be vacant council seat expires January of 2022.
