This class is designed for women of all ages, sizes and athletic abilities and covers: situational awareness, releases, proper falling and recovery techniques, effective punches, strikes, and kicks, improved fitness and basic martial arts etiquette. Students should wear loose fitting clothing, such as sweat pants and a t-shirt. It is recommended that an adult accompanies
youth 12-17 years.
