MULTIPLE AGENCIES RESPOND TO THREE-ALARM FIRE AT NAMPA STORAGE UNIT
In the early morning hours of Saturday January 16, the Nampa Fire Department responded to a three-alarm fire at North King Storage, located at 405 N. Kings Rd.
Upon arrival, crews found the large building well involved with fire. Additional fire department resources were requested from across the valley. Crews from Caldwell Fire Department and Meridian Fire Department assisted in the extinguishment and overhaul of the fire.
Unfortunately, three firefighters received minor injuries. One firefighter was treated at a local hospital and released later the same day. The building along with its contents are a total loss.
The fire remains under investigation by Nampa Fire and Nampa Police investigators. Updates on the cause of the fire will be released at the conclusion of the investigation.
