The couple had been advised to consider removing the leaning tree. Thanks to Qualitree, the Holzschuh's saved money be donating the tree for the lighting.
This year's tree is the biggest yet at 15,000 pounds and over 50 feet tall. The tree stands 40 feet tall as it security sits in front of the Nampa Train Depot (Canyon County Historical Society Museum) on Front Street and 12th Ave S.

Lawrence is a commercial and fine art photographer in downtown Nampa. He and his partner Betty Mallorca (a painter), are the owners of Hill Street Studios, specializing in commercial photography.
